What materials are your bracelets made of?

A variety of high-quality materials are used... including copolymer line, glass beads, gemstones, and a magnet clasp.  WARNING - Magnetic jewelry should not be worn by persons with implantable pacemakers, defibrillators, infusion pumps or other electromechanical devices and should be kept at least 18" away from these devices.  Magnetic jewelry should not be worn during pregnancy.

How do I measure my wrist for correct sizing?

Wrap a flexible measuring tape or piece of string or ribbon around your wrist where you would wear your bracelet.  Mark the overlapping point and measure the length with a ruler.  That's your wrist size!

What are the sizes of your bracelets?

X-Small = 6.75" / Small = 7.0" / Medium = 7.25" / Large = 7.5" / X-Large = 8.0".  Custom sizes available on request.

How do I care for my bracelet?

To keep bracelets looking their best, always remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, or swimming and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

What is your return or exchange policy?

A 30-day return policy is offered on all items.  The items must be in their original, unused condition in order to receive a refund or exchange.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.

How much do you charge for shipping in the United States?

We offer FREE Shipping on all U.S. orders through USPS.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery will usually take 2-4 business days via USPS.  Please contact us for faster shipping options, if needed.  All delivery details will be included in your order confirmation email.
